My weapons and items inventories are pretty full.
I have 75 one of kind items (wepons, etc.) and 61 items that you can have more than one of including a couple fire dragon eggs. Maybe you can't have something with you or she won't give the egg. The Queen will comment to the effect that the carpet is not painted that fits a queen, but she will still allow you to complete the quest. I'm going on a hunch, but I noticed if you paint the carpet until the checkmark appears, the carpet is only partially painted. When I saw the post yesterday that the Queen offered it, I decided to check it out. I also happened to be rechecking all quest locations to mark down on my list of Gold bricks. To clarify, I did this quest before to get the gold brick and no egg. I've been using Custom Worlds, so the coordinates will not work for you.
Do you have the coordinates of the world with that quest where she gives the egg or is it a custom world?
